About the Artist.

A visual storyteller.

Dakotah is a Los Angeles, California based Photographer, Creative Director, and Visual Storyteller. She was raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to LA in 2021 to expand her creative career. She graduated from the University of Minnesota where she studied fine art, photography, and journalism.

Her work is currently influenced by her love of photojournalism, fine art, philosophy, human connection, and truth seeking. Since graduating, Dakotah has backpacked through 30 countries and counting. Her diverse experience documenting the world and forming connections with other artists continues to inspire her creative direction.
